On 8th December, the 1st SIMI Patronage and Solidarity Award in the City and the 21th Grand Prix SIMI Award revealed its winner at Palais des Congrès in Paris. AIA Life Designers was awarded with the Creativity & Societal Commitment Award and Tertiary Buildings <10,000 m2 Award.

In 2017, the “Architectes Ingénieurs Associés” group have made up the “life design” and hence took the name of AIA Life Designers. This name is a vector of both our identity as a multidisciplinary, creative and inventive office, and our vocation to think about the future of our cities and design works that will contribute to the health and well-being of future populations.

To achieve our vocation, AIA Life Designers has made four commitments:
• Reduce the overall carbon emissions (related to our company’s business activities, especially to our projects) by 30% over 10 years, and thus be a part of the objective of the Paris Agreements,
• Encourage an architecture conductive to Health within all our projects,
• Provide solutions to the challenges of adaptation to climate change,

▲ Pubilc RoomThe OUICARE headquarters building in Le Mans, France was officially in opeartion on 14th, September 2021 with a gross building area of 7,465 m2. The design applies ergonomics and planning of space modules under the concept of "Architectural Design for human Health".
